We will be conducting the 6 Weeks Bakery And Confectionary Programme – EGGFREE in the month of Nov’23 This course is for those who want to professionally pursue their careers in Bakery and Confectionery The course will be held from Monday to Friday. The syllabus will contain from making basic to international breads, tarts, pies, quiche, chocolates, macrons and a various other subjects. This course is a complete hands on course and is completely egg free.

Timings: 10:30am to 5:30pm
Faculty : We have different professional chefs who are expertise in their subject who will be coming to teach our students.
Note:
-
- We will be providing with a pastry kit, aprons, chef caps and chef coats.
- Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
- Regular assessments will be conducted
- This is a certificate course. The student will receive their grades on a certificate based on their performance and assignments(Assignments are compulsory).
- Water bottles will be provided.
- We will not provide with Lunch. However, there is alot of eateries near our Studio.
- It will be Hands On Class.
- This is a complete eggfree programme.
- Students will be getting to take the products home
- Recipes will be provided
- Students will be taken for an industrial kitchen visit.
- Health and Hygiene with proper sanitization will be completely taken care by the premises.
- The class will get compensate on the following weekend if a holiday falls on a course day.
- We take Rs. 25,000 in advance of the total fee to register (Block your Spot).
- Note:The Seat will NOT be considered confirmed until the registration amount is paid.
- We take a maximum of 9-10 students
- Internship is provided to those students who are interested to work in the industry and get practical experience.

- The outstanding Rs.40,000 is payable during the First Week of Dec’23.
- NOTE: We will be collecting the PDCs (Post Dated Cheque) beforehand from the students who will be opting EMI. We will submit the PDCs back if the payment is done via any other Mode.
