The Cafe Craft Course: Espresso to Éclairs is a comprehensive program designed to teach both barista skills, patisserie, bakery, basic classic cafe recipes techniques and entrepreneurship skills.
This course covers everything from brewing the perfect espresso to creating elegant pastries.
