The Coffee Craft Course: Espresso to Éclairs is
a comprehensive program designed to teach
both barista skills and patisserie techniques.
This course covers everything from brewing
the perfect espresso to creating elegant
pastries.

  • Date: December 2nd to 31st (Monday to Friday)
  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Fee: ₹1,65,000
  • Early bird discount of 10% available till November 25th: ₹1,48,500

  • Barista Module: Coffee production, brewing techniques (espresso, manual, cold brew), milk & coffee beverages, bean-to-cup theory, professional development.
  • Patisserie Module: Foundation of cakes, teatime gourmet cakes, brownies, cheesecakes, classic desserts, cookies, ice creams, , 
  • Bakery Module-Bakery items- basic breads, savory breads, sweet breads, puff pastry, croissants, Danish, donuts
  • Sandwich Module-Sandwiches, savory Danish, quiche, pies, mini sliders & tartines.
