14 Days Intensive Culinary Arts Programme

You wont just learn some amazing cooking techniques but will get a hands on experience to learn some amazing exotic cuisines

Throughout the two weeks, you will have an hands on experience with different national and international cuisines.  Learn different cuisines and techniques to learn and bring the gourmet in your  personal kitchen or business!  To mark the end of the two weeks and apply all the skills you have learned, you’ll prepare a special buffet for you and your guests.

Dates: 30th March to 12th April 2020. 

Timing:  9:00am to 1:00pm

Fees: Rs. 45,076/- inclusive 18 % tax.

3. Continental Cuisine

7. Middle Eastern Cuisine
8. Moroccan Cuisine
9. Taste of Indian Cuisine
10. Basic Baking (Breads, Puffs, Pies, Quiche)

*In all 75 recipes will be taught along with extra tips and techniques

*Costing and Marketing will be taught

*Food Presentation will be taught

*Recipe and Menu designing

* Food preparation and food production.

Note:

1. 1. We will be providing with a culinary kit (Knife Set)
   2. Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
   3. This is a certificate course.
   4. Water bottles will be provided
   5. It will be 100% Hands On Class.
   6. Students will be getting to take the products home
   7. Student will be provided with chef caps, aprons and one chef coat.
   8. Recipes will be provided.
   9. We take 50% of the total fee in advance to register.
   10. 18% taxes is included with the fee.
   11. We take a maximum of 8-9 students per batch
