The 6 Months Eggless Bakery and Confectionary Diploma is a City & Guild Internationally Certified Programme focuses on the progressive learning of the fundamental techniques of traditional French pastry. It is made up of three certificates: Basic, Intermediate and Superior. Students learn to master the most complex contemporary desserts, perfecting themselves through eggless and gelatinfree creations.

- Pastry Techniques
Tart crusts, puff pastry, biscuits for entremets, creams, icings and glazes
Decorating techniques
Traditional and contemporary tarts, cakes / entremets, individual pastries, petit-fours, gateaux de voyage, chocolate molding, chocolate bonbons, French confectioneries, ice creams, frozen desserts…
- Dessert and Beverage Pairing
An introductory course to wines and other beverages that can be served with desserts.
- Applied Art
An overview of drawing skills applied to pastry.
- Creativity project
Participants will receive 15 hours of practical art classes working towards a creativity project in which they will design and produce their very own pastry. As a final exam, participants will present their creation to a panel of judges.
- Study Trip
During the Program, the Students will be taken on a Study Trip.
What is specific about this Program in Just Appetite Culinary Course?
We try to provide students maximum practical exposure ! We believe in practically giving the students a hands-on experience!
The programs are designed with professionals in Eggless Bakery and Confectionary.
The programs will feature special elements :
- Practical Assignments: Students will be maintaining their journals, and will be assessed on practical assignments(Bake Sale,exhibition & practical examination). (Kindly refer to the syllabus)
- Examination: Two theory examinations & 1 practical examination will be held.
- Start your own business/cafe/bakery: Students will be given a practical bake sale experience which will give them in-depth knowledge and exposure in the market.
- Study Trip: During the program, students will take a day trip by Just Appetite Culinary School.

- We will be providing with a pastry kit, aprons, chef caps and chef coats.
- Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
- Regular assessments will be conducted
- This is a certificate course by globally recognized City & Guild International Board,level 3 in bakery & Patisserie. .
- Theory material will be provided.
- We will not provide with Lunch. However, there is alot of eateries near our Studio.
- It will be Hands On Class.
- This is a complete egg-free program.
- Students will be getting to take the products home
- Recipes will be provided
- Students will be taken for an industrial kitchen visit.
- Health and Hygiene with proper sanitization will be completely taken care by the premises
- We take Rs.75,000 in advance of the total fee to register (Block your Spot).

Registration Process(We are giving an option of 4 Installments) :

- Rs. 75,000 is payable in advance to block your seat via neft or cash or Gpay. (1st Installment )
- Rs.90,000 is payable on the first day of the programme i.e- 11th Dec’23 (2nd Installment)
- Rs. 75,000 is payable by 1st Week of Jan. (3rd Installment)
- Rs 35,000 is payable latest by February 2024. (4th Installment)
- Note: We will NOT consider you confirmed until the registration amount is paid.
- We take a maximum of 8 students.
- The internship is provided to those students who are interested in working in the industry and get practical experience.
- 18% taxes is included with the fee.
