5 Days Basic & Wedding Fondant Cakes Course – Eggfree

This is a 5 days intensive programme on only fondant work. We will be teaching students to enhance and develop their skills in Fondant Cakes. This course is for beginners too who are looking forward to develop their skills.

Syllabus:

Day 1:

-Introduction to the Traditional Wedding Cakes

-Learn to make Rum Cake, Marzipan, Sugar Syrup, Fondant and GumPaste will be taught from scratch.

-Introduction to the Basic Modern Fondant Cake

-Introduction to different Themes

-Introduction to Basic Techniques

Day 2 & 3:

-Introduction to Gumpaste Flowers

-Students will be making 8 different types of Gumpaste Flowers which includes 2 kinds of advanced flowers

(Hydragenes, Fillers, Calla Lillys, Roses, Tiger Lillys, Peony Flowers, Daisies, Leave, Buds)

-Colouring and Dusting

-Assembling the flowers & drying

-Fondant Figurines (3 kinds)

Day 4:

-Assembling of a Peony Flower

-Theory of Assembling Cakes

-Students will learn to cover fondant on the Ganache coated Cake

-Stacking, Dowelling, Coatinf, Flavouring and Structure

Day 5:

-Wedding Cakes

-Covering Fondant on Dummy Cakes

-Decorating, Crimping, Frilling, Drapes, Placements of Flowers

Note:

-This is a Hands On Course and students will get to take what they make home

-Costing will be covered in this course

– Basic Fondant Kit will be provided

-Eggfree

-Students will be provided with a certificate by the end of this course.

-Students are requested to get thier lunch

-Our maximum intake for this course is 5 people

-Registration is compulsory

Fees: Rs. 17,700 inclusive 18% tax.
