4) VALENCIA ENTREMET

  • Light Orange Cream 
  • Milk Chocolate Cream 
  • Orange Grand Marines Syrup

  • Liquid Glucose Garnish 

Dates: 21st July to 23rd July.

Timing: 11am to 3pm

There will be a doubt solving  from 3:00pm to 4:00pm 

Fees: 4500 inclusive tax.

*This is eggfree and gelatin free course

*Everything will be taught from the scratch including the chocolate garnishes.

*It is a bake along course. Students will be provided with Ingredients list once they register so that they can arrange for the ingredients at the earliest.

PS: It is not compulsory to bake along.Baking along is only an option. 

*Class will be conducted on Zoom. Students will be provided with the Zoom recording.

*It is a three days course.

*This is a certificate course.

*Written Recipes will be provided.

*This is not a beginners course. Students who are very very new to baking will find it difficult to bake along with us. However, you can always observe and practice later at home 🙂
