Avinash Rajput – Co – Founder
Experience is the teacher of all things, his 30 years of Experience in Hoteliering and Food Beverages in National and International Hospitality Industry is the teacher for all the small big experience our students take along with them from this school.
Aakanksha Rajput – Director Development
Like Father, like daughter, Pursuing her studies in masters of business management, inherited passion of cuisines and food from childhood. Future Vision of Transforming the school into an Academy. Determination and Excellence in her work and dedication towards her dream makes her the best in what she does.
Studying Law, passionate on cuisines ,enjoying meals and wants to develop the Culinary School to and Academy in near future ,She is outstanding in her subject and is blessed with the culinary liking from his dad who is ell know in the National and International Hoteliering Sector.
A rich heritage in training the top chefs
Just Appetite Culinary School was founded by the acclaimed cookery passionate, Jyoti Rajput, in 2016 in Mumbai. The school is named after Jyoti and Avinash who jointly worked together in 1990’s when Jyoti got married to well-known Chef Avinash Rajput the culinary expert and worked for acclaimed five-star hotels in Mumbai as Executive Chef and was also doing corporate catering under the name “Just Appetite” where in Jyoti used to help in every aspect of the growth of the small venture which is now a professional culinary school “Just Appetite” in Mumbai
In 2016 “Just Appetite” was born in Andheri East Mumbai, where it took shape to culinary school in 2017 with long years of experience around the world on inventing and experiencing the culinary destinations.
A Just Appetite (Culinary School) Marie from 2016 took Mumbai by surprise where in all professional chefs for the industry teach to develop skills on world-wide cuisine to the students to stand up and compete in the growing food industry.

With up to full time students cooking in the Culinary School a busy operation to think about, Just Appetite has developed a network of fabulous suppliers. Wherever possible, we aim to support local businesses and we feel that it is important to champion these wonderful people.
These days, ingredients can travel half way around the world in less than a day, so we have to work hard to make sure we really are supporting local businesses and producers. Anyone can write ‘Locally Sourced’ on a menu, but in reality, it is not quite as simple as that.
This Society has given us a lot, we are trying to our part in giving back to the society and we consider it our responsibility and will continue to do so.
