Eggless French Entremets (3 days)

During this three day, hands-on course with Chef Dhriti Arora, an alumini from the Culinary Institute of America and an excellent pastry and confectionary chef. During this course, you will learn the art of modern cakes & petits-gâteaux. Chef Dhriti Arora will share the secrets of her own recipes, from the conception of modern flavour combinations and textures to selling the product. .

All of the freshly baked entremets you make will be yours to take home to enjoy with your family, friends, and colleagues!

  4. Modern Carrot Ginger

  1. This Course is completely Eggless and we are NOT using Gelatin 
  2. It is a Hands On Session 
  3. Students will be provided with the recipes 
  4. Students will be provided with lunch (light snacks) during break 
  5. Timing: 11am to 5:30pm
