LIVE- ONLINE 8 DAYS ENTREPRENEUR BAKERS COURSE- EGGFREE

Hi everyone, due to the ongoing pandamic, we have decided to go ONLINE LIVE FOR THIS COURSE . YAY! 

This will be a virtual bake along course for 8 days. This course is nevertheless for those  those who want to kick start their career in baking but don’t know how to go forward with it but it is also for those who want to develop new skills for the fast evolving baking industry.

Students need not require any prior baking skills for the same.

  2. Assembly and Various Cake Flavour Combinations
  3. Breads
  4. High Tea
  5. Eggless Desserts
  6. Sweet and Savoury Tarts, Pies and Quiche (Puff Pastry and ShortCrust Pastry)
  7.  Chocolate Making
  8. Costing, Budgeting, Packaging and Marketing.

FEES: Rs. 15,000/- plus 18% tax

Total fees with 18% GST is Rs. 17,700/- 

Timing: 12:30pm to 4:30pm. 

Doubt solving session will start at 11:30am ( an hour before the course) 

DATES: 6TH JULY TO 18TH JULY’20

*Registration will be closed once the seats are full* LIMITED SEATS.

Note:

  1. We will be COURIERING  a pastry kit, aprons and chef caps and the certificate.
  2. The pastry kit will include a whisk, bread scrapper, brush, spatulla, pallate knife, nozzle set and a bread knife.
  3. Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
  4. This is a certificate course.
  5. All the recipes are egg free and vegetarian.
  6. This is a bake along course. Students are requested to bake with us for the best outcome. 
  7. This course will be conducted on Zoom Meeting. Students are requested to download the app accordingly.
  8. This course is an alternate day course except for the topics (cakes and puff pastry/shortcrust pastry) 
  9. Written Recipes will be provided. 
  10.  Students will be provided with an ingredient list as soon as they register. If you are not getting something in particular, please contact us. We will be providing you with our vendor’s number from Mumbai  and you can get the material couriered to your city at the earliest.
