About the Chef: Dhriti Arora is a pastry chef and alumni of Culinary Institute of America. She has a bachelor’s degree in restaurant management with a specialization in Baking and Pastry Arts. Having worked in bakeries and restaurants in the Unites States as well as India, she has found her niche in fine dining restaurants. Baking started out as fun experiment in the home kitchen but very quickly converted from a hobby into a passion. She recently returned to India after spending a year working in a Michelin star restaurant in Washington DC. She is currently in Mumbai for a brief stint before heading out to Denmark to work at one of the best restaurants in the world- NOMA.
