Entrepreneur Bakers- Eggfree (One Week)

This will be a intensive full hands on workshop for 7 days. This course is nevertheless for those  those who want to kickstart their career in baking but don’t know how to go forward with it but it is also for those who want to develop new skills for the fast evolving baking industry.

This course will be in the evening (6pm to 9:30pm) so that people who are working or studying can comfortably manage. The last day of this course (Sunday) will be full day (10am – 6:30pm)

2. Assembly and Various Cake Flavour Combinations
3. Breads
4. High Tea Cakes/Desserts/Cookies
5. Plated Desserts
6. Sweet and Savoury Tarts, Pies and Quiche
7. Macrons and Merigues
8. Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing.

Note:

1. We will be providing with a pastry kit, aprons and chef cap
2. On completion a certificate will be provided.
3. Snacks and water bottles will be provided
4. Recipes will be provided
5. Taxes are included in the fee.
