5 Weeks Intensive Bakery and Confectionery Certificate Course – Eggfree

We are extremely happy to announce the 5 weeks Bakery Programme at Just Appetite Culinary School. We will be conducting the 5 weeks intensive Bakery and Confectionery Programme (EGG FREE) in the month of May-June. This course is for those who want to professionally pursue their careers in Bakery and Confectionery The course will be held from Monday to Friday. The syllabus will contain from making basic to international breads, tarts, pies, quiche, chocolates, macrons and a various other subjects. Dates: 18th May 2020 to 21st June 2020 

Fees: Rs. 1,10,000/- inclusive of 18% GST.

Timings: 9:00am to 2:00pm

Faculty : We have different professional chefs who are expertise in their subject who will be coming to teach our students.

Note:

    1. We will be providing with a pastry kit, aprons, chef caps and chef coats.
    2. Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
    3. Regular assessments will be conducted
    4. This is a certificate course.
    5. Water bottles will be provided.
    6. We will not provide with Lunch. However, there is alot of eateries near our Studio.
    7. It will be Hands On Class.
    8. This is a complete eggfree programme.
    9. Students will be getting to take the products home
    10. Recipes will be provided
    11. Students will be taken for an industrial kitchen visit.
    12. We take Rs. 25,000 in advance of the total fee to register (Block your Spot). 

 

  • Note:  We will NOT consider you confirmed until the registration amount is paid. 
    1. We take a maximum of 8 students.
    2. Internship is provided to those students who are interested to work in the industry and get practical experience. 
    3. 18% taxes is included with the fee.

  • Course Fee Structure:  Total Fee: Rs. 1,10,000/- 
    1. Rs. 25,000 is payable in advance to block your seat via neft or cash or Gpay.
    2. Rs.50,000 is payable on the first day of class. i.e. 18th May 2020
    3. The outstanding is payable during the first week of June
