We will be conducting the 5 weeks intensive Bakery and Confectionary Programme (EGGFREE) in the month of June. This course is for those who want to professionally pursue their careers in Bakery and Confectionary The course will be held from Monday to Friday. The syllabus will contain from making basic to international breads, tarts, pies, quiche, chocolates, macroons and a various other subjects. This course is a complete hands on course and is completely eggfree.

- This is a certificate course.
- Water bottles will be provided.
- We will not provide with Lunch. However, there is alot of eateries near our Studio.
- It will be Hands On Class.
- This is a complete eggfree programme.
- Students will be getting to take the products home
- Recipes will be provided
- Students will be taken for an industrial kitchen visit.
- We take Rs. 25,000 in advance of the total fee to register (Block your Spot).

- We take a maximum of 8 students.
- Internship is provided to those students who are interested to work in the industry and get practical experience.
