5 WEEKS CULINARY ARTS COURSE- PURE VEG

This is an intensive five weeks program for the discerning amateur with a passion for food. 
You will receive expert teaching that combines demonstrations with hand-on practice. Using only quality products, you will be given a grounding in the fundamentals of all the cuisines, International and National (cutting, chopping, cooking, combinations of products and flavors, dish presentation, balanced recipes, etc.), providing platform for you to move on to more advanced techniques if you wish.

A series of cultural outings and meetings with leading professionals in the region – a key part of the program. Additionally students will get an excellent opportunity to discover the theoretical and practical knowledge of gastronomy only at the Just Appetite Culinary Art Programme.  

Course will start from 7th March’22 to 13th April’22

* This will be a pure vegetarian course.

*Featuring Molecular Gastronomy in this course. 

Optional: Students can be provided for an internship/ apprentice after the course in a renowned hotel/restaurant.

  • Aprons
  • Chef caps
  • Chef Coats
  • Recipes / Printed Notes
  • Professional Knife set for each individual
  • Industrial Kitchen Visit

Timings: 10:30am to 4:30pm 

Faculty : We have different professional chefs who are expertise in their subject who will be coming to teach our students.

Note:

    1. We will be providing with a knife set, aprons, chef caps and chef coats.
    2. We will be giving holiday during a holiday
    3. Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
    4. Regular assessments will be conducted
    5. This is a certificate course.
    6. Water bottles will be provided.
    7. We will not provide with Lunch. However, there is alot of eateries near our Studio.
    8. It will be Hands On Class.
    9. This is a complete eggfree and vegetarian programme.
    10. Students will be getting to take the products home
    11. Recipes will be provided
    12. Students will be taken for an industrial kitchen visit.
    13. Health and Hygiene with proper sanitization will be completely taken care by the premises
    14. We take Rs. 25,000 in advance of the total fee to register (Block your Spot). 

 

  • Note:  We will NOT consider you confirmed until the registration amount is paid. 
    1. We take a maximum of 9-10  students.
    2. Internship is provided to those students who are interested to work in the industry and get practical experience. 
    3. 18% taxes is included with the fee.

    3. The outstanding is payable during last week of March’22
