Whether you’re at a college or university student or in a culinary arts school or simply a Housemaker. This course will emphasize some basic business and culinary arts skills essential to running a catering business. These business and culinary skills include:
- Catering Basic & Entrepreneurship in Catering
- Food Preparation according to the Event
- Around 25 different kinds of recipes will be taught to you (Vegetarian) – National and International Cuisines. (These recipes will not be the same as the Lists 1-2-3-4 of the pre-recorded video tutorials).
- Food Presentations
- Menu Engineering and Recipe Designing
- Costing, Marketing and Production
This course will be Hands On and vegetarian only
Dates: 22nd June’20 to 30th June’20
(The class will be alternate days, except for the last two days so that the students can be prepared accordingly. So the dates for the class will be- 22nd, 24th- 26th- 29th &30th June)
Fees: Rs.12,500 + 18% GST = Rs.14,750.
(The fees is applicable for the current online class only and not the classes in the studio)
Timing: 1:45pm to 5:30pm
Things to Note:
- Students will be provided with recipes and notes.
- The Class will be conducted on Zoom. So students are requested to download the app on their respective laptops and phones.
- Students are requested to have a steady internet connection for steady work.
- Once you register, students will be provided with the ingredients lists prior the course, so that they can arrange and be prepared.
- We will be doing 5 recipes a day.
- This is cook along virtual class. So each student is requested to participate for their best results.
- Yes, a beginner can join this course.
- Theory lecture will be conducted along with practical training.
- Practical training is given to the students to kickstart their business in catering.
- 25 recipes will be cooked/ baked by the students. You will be provided with the recipes and other theoretical material too.
- All the recipes will be Vegetarian and Eggfree
- This course will have a small practical assignment on the last day with our assistance.
- Its Certified course.
- Aprons and a Hard Copy of Certificate will be couriered to your given address.
