5 Days Food and Restaurant/Cafe Business Course – Online and Offline

Whether you’re at a  college or university student  or in a culinary arts school or simply a Housemaker. This course will emphasize some basic business and culinary arts skills essential to running a restaurant or a small cafe. This course is mainly for Existing Food & Restaurant Businesses & Start Ups. We will be covering:

2) CONCEPTULISING AND USP

3) PROFIT AND LOSS, CASH FLOW AND TAXES – COSTING

4) BREAKEVEN CALCULATION

5) MENU ENGINEERING

6) MARKETTING AND LAYOUT

7) SWOT ANALYSIS

8) BUSINESS PLAN AND ELEVATIONS

9) OPERATIONS AND IT

10) PACKAGING FOR DELIVERY

This course will be Hands On  and Vegetarian only

Syllabus for the recipes covered:

Day1: Gourmet Indian Recipes

Recipes: Makai Phudina Shorba shots, Mini Korai Shutir Tacos with Dum Aloo, Mini Masala Papads,

Chargrilled Mushroom Galouti Kebabs, Paneer Methi Koftas, Kullad Biryani, Amritsari Stuffed Kulchas

Day2: Gourmet Italian Recipes

Recipes: Italian Pasta Soup, Melon Caprese Salad,  Arancini Balls, Carbonara Spaghetti, Blue Wild Mushroom Risotto, Stuffed Shell Pastas, Classic Cheese Platter

Day3: Sandwiches and More Recipes

Recipes: Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Loaded Veggie Focaccia Sandwiches, Club Sandwiches, Blackbean Chipotle Burger, Avocado and Burrata Crositinis, Creamy Mushroom and Kale Grilled Sandwich.

Day4: Pan Asian Recipes

Recipes: Asparagus Tempura Sushi, Crispy Lotus Root stems, Crispy Thai Spring Rolls,  Chives and Corn Gyoza, Stir Fried Sweet Chilly Tofu, Penang Curry and Jasmine Rice

Day 5: Middle Eastern Recipes

Recipes: Cheese Fatayar, Baba Ganoush, Muhammara, Mini Pita Breads, Kibbeh, Mujadara Veg Rice

Dates: 6th June 2022 to 10th June 2022. 

REGISTER BEFORE 3rd June and avail a flat 20% off 

Fees for online:Rs.13,135.59 + 18% GST = Rs.14,750.  

Fees for offline: Rs. 15000 +18% GST = Rs. 17,700

Timing: 12pm to 4:30pm

Things to Note: 

  • Students will be provided with recipes and notes.
  • THIS COURSE IS MAINLY FOR BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE. RECIPES WILL BE TAUGHT FROM SCRATCH PRACTICALLY.
  • Students will have a theory class of 1 hour everyday. The last day will be longer than usual.
  • The Class will be conducted on Zoom for online students. So students are requested to download the app on their respective laptops and phones.
  • Students are requested to have a steady internet connection for steady work.
  • Once you register, students will be provided with the ingredients lists prior the course, so that they can arrange and be prepared.
  • This is cook along virtual class. So each student is requested to participate for their best results. However, it is not compulsory to do the same.
  • Yes, a beginner can join this course.
  • Theory lecture will be conducted along with practical training each day.
  •  Practical training is given to the students to kickstart their business in this field.
  • 25-30  recipes will be cooked by the students. You will be provided with the recipes and other theoretical material too.
  • Zoom Recording is downloadable  for both online and offline students
  • All the recipes will be Vegetarian and Eggfree
  • Its Certified course.
  • Registration is Compulsory for the same.
