3 Months Diploma In Eggless Bakery and Patisserie – June’22

The 3 Months Eggfree Bakery and Confectionary Diploma focuses on the progressive learning of the fundamental techniques of traditional French pastry. It is made up of three certificates: Basic, Intermediate and Superior. Students learn to master the most complex contemporary desserts, perfecting themselves through eggless and gelatinfree creations.

  • 3 months of training, 2 to 3 months of internship in a renowned luxury hotel or flight kitchens.
  • A ready-to-use skillset
  • A hands-on teaching.
  • Small groups for personalized teaching
  • Practical Assignments, Bake Sales and much more..
  • A further step into the professional world : Programs are followed by an internship (optional internship)

DURATION: 3 MONTHS- 12 WEEKS  ( There will be holidays during festives- dates will be shared during class)

FREQUENCY: Classes will run from Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 5:00pm

PROGRAM: 3 Months Intensive Eggless Bakery and Pastry Arts Diploma- JUNE’22

  • Pastry Techniques
    Tart crusts, puff pastry,  biscuits for entremets, creams, icings and glazes
    Decorating techniques
    Traditional and contemporary tarts, cakes / entremets, individual pastries, petit-fours, gateaux de voyage, chocolate molding, chocolate bonbons, French confectioneries, ice creams, frozen desserts…
  • Dessert and Beverage Pairing
    An introductory course to wines and other beverages that can be served with desserts.
  • Guest Chef demonstrations
    Well-known guest chefs will be invited to give demonstrations of their own recipes. These Chefs will use advanced techniques to produce modern and trendy pastries.
  • Applied Art 
    An overview of drawing skills applied to pastry.
  • Creativity project
    Participants will receive 15 hours of practical art classes working towards a creativity project in which they will design and produce their very own pastry. As a final exam, participants will present their creation to a panel of judges.
  • Study Trip
    At the end of the program, students will take a day study trip.

What is specific about this Program in Just Appetite Culinary Course?

Our program are professional immersions in the culinary world, directly inspired from the unique terroir of one of the most famous wine cradle in the world. We try to provide students maximum practical exposure ! We believe in practically giving the students a hands on experience!

The programs are designed with professionals in Eggless Bakery and Confectionary.

The programs will feature special elements :

  • Practical Assignments: Students will be maintaining their journals, and will be assessed on practical assignments. (Kindly refer to the syllabus) 
  • Start your own business/cafe/bakery: Students will be given a practical bake sale experience which will give them an in depth knowledge and exposure in the market.
  • Study Trip : At the end of the program, students will take a day trip by Just Appetite Culinary School.
  • Wine/Cocktail class : a tailor made immersive , tasting, pairing programme that can be paired with fine French pastries.

Note:

    1. We will be providing with a pastry kit, aprons, chef caps and chef coats.
    2. Costing, Budgeting, Layout, Packaging and Marketing will be taught in detail.
    3. Regular assessments will be conducted
    4. This is a certificate course by the All India Government .
    5. Water bottles will be provided.
    6. We will not provide with Lunch. However, there is alot of eateries near our Studio.
    7. It will be Hands On Class.
    8. This is a complete eggfree programme.
    9. Students will be getting to take the products home
    10. Recipes will be provided
    11. Students will be taken for an industrial kitchen visit.
    12. Health and Hygiene with proper sanitization will be completely taken care by the premises
    13. We take Rs.75,000 in advance of the total fee to register (Block your Spot). 

Course Fee Structure: 

Total Fee: Rs. 3,50,000/- inclusive 18% GST 

THERE IS A EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: FLAT 10% OFF TILL 1st June’22

Total Fees after discount: Rs.3,15,000 inclusive 18% GST.

Registration Process(We are giving an option of 4 Installments) :

    1. Rs. 75,000 is payable in advance to block your seat via neft or cash or Gpay. (1st Installment )
    2. Rs.90,000 is payable on the first day of the programme i.e- 6th June’22 (2nd Installment)
    3. Rs. 75,000 is payable by 11th July’22 (3rd Installment)
    4. Rs.75000 is payable by 20th August’22 (4th Installment)
  • Note:  We will NOT consider you confirmed until the registration amount is paid. 
    1. We take a maximum of 8 students.
    2. Internship is provided to those students who are interested to work in the industry and get practical experience. 
    3. 18% taxes is included with the fee.
