10 Days Culinary Art Course(Weekends)

Throughout these ten days, you will have an hands on experience with different national and international cuisines.  Learn different cuisines and techniques to learn and bring the gourmet in your  personal kitchen or business!  To mark the end of the ten days and apply all the skills you have learned, you’ll prepare a special buffet for you and your guests.

Dates: 2nd March’24 TO 31st March’24 (Weekends)

Timing:  11:00am to 4:30pm

Fees for online: Rs. 21,000/- 

Fees for offline: Rs. 26,000/-

Syllabus: (the syllabus may alter a bit when in class) –10 Culinary Art Course-Jan‘2023

  1. Thai Cuisine: Raw Papaya Salad (Som Tam), Thai Tom Kha Soup,Thai Masamman Curry, Green Thai Curry, Cottage Cheese Satay, Pad Thai Noodles,Thai Lemongrass Rice.
  2. Continental Cuisine: Carrot Celery Soup,Sepherd’s Pie,Creamy Mushroom Strangonoff, Baked Vegetable Casserole, asparagus in Hollandiase Sauce, Potato Dauphinoise.
  3. Burmese Cuisine: Burmese Tealeaf Salad, Spicy tea leaf and avocado salad, Grilled Mock meat Skewers, Creamy Corn with Paratha, Burmese Khow Suey,  Burmese fried rice, Lemongrass Curry.
  4. Japanese Cuisine: Smoked Asparagus Tempura Sushi, Classic California sushi, Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake), Vegetable Gyozas, Crispy Tofu Katsu Curry, Yakisoba Noodles,
  5. Cantonese Cuisine: Turnip Cakes,Crystal Clear & Waterchestnut Dimsums,Teriyaki Cottagecheese Baos,King Pao Potatoes,Steamed Tofu in Blackbean Sauce,Stir fry vegetables,Crispy Lotus Root Stem & Clay Pot Rice.
  6. Indian Cuisine: Spinach Shorba,Afghani Paneer Tikka,Pahadi Soya chaap,Smoked Galouti Kebab,Cottage Cheese Kofta Curry,Dal Makhani with Kulchas,Bombay Bamboo Biryani.
  7. Italian Cuisine: How to make Pasta from scratch (dough to pasta),Creamy Tomato Tortellini,Stuffed Spinach & Ricotta Shells,Fettucini in Carbonara Sauce,Spicy Pesto Gnochhi,Aglio Olio Spaghetti,Classic Margherita Pizza
  8. Mexican Cuisine:Mexican Street Corn Salad, Mexican Nachos with cheesy sauces, Soft shell chipotle Cottage cheese and blackbean Tacos, Enchillidas, Veggie Fajita Mexican Bowl, Spicy Quesadillas, Mexican Tamales
  9. Middle Eastern Cuisine: Harissa Hummus with Mini Pita Breads,Muhmarra Dip,Falafel Wrap,Cheesy Spinach Fatayer,Kibbeh With Dip,Authentic Mujadara & Zaa’tar Manakeesh
  10. Korean Cuisine:Korean Soft Tofu Stew,Spicy Cucumber Salad,Spicy Baked Caulifflower,Scallion & Kamchi Pancakes,Spicy Tteonokki,Vegan Bibimbao & Korean stire fried glass noodles.

Note: The presentation and sauces will be taught extra.

There could be extra lectures for theory.

*In all 60 and more recipes will be taught along with extra tips and techniques

*Costing and Marketing will be taught

*Recipe and Menu designing

* Food preparation and food production.

Things to Note: 

      • Students will be provided with recipes and notes.
      • The Online Class will be conducted on Zoom. So students are requested to download the app on their respective laptops and phones.
      • Students are requested to have a steady internet connection for steady work.
      • Once you register,students will be provided with the ingredients lists prior the course (as soon as you register), so that they can arrange and be prepared.
      • We will be doing each cuisine in one day.
      • This is cook along virtual class. So each student is requested to participate for their best results.
      • Yes, a beginner can join this course.
      • Theory lecture will be conducted along with practical training.
      •  Practical training is given to the students to kick-start and enhance their knowledge completely into cooking.
      • 60  recipes and so much more will be cooked/ baked by the students. You will be provided with the recipes and other theoritical material too.
      • All the recipes will be Vegetarian and Eggfree
      • This course will have a small practical assignment on the last day with our assistance.
      • Its Certified course.
      • Zoom Recordings will be shared to you privately on your email ids only.
      • Aprons and a Hard Copy of Certificate will be provided.
      • Registration is Compulsory for the same. Students will have to deposit the amount for registration.
      • NOTE – All the Recipes mentioned are Standard but it may be subject to changes based on Current Running Trends.
